How NomadCheck Verifies Information
We compile digital nomad visa requirements and tax rules from official government sources.

Data Standards
Our data follows official guidance from foreign ministries and immigration agencies, along with exchange rates for reference.
Source Criteria
Embassies, immigration agencies, and other government sources come first. If we use a secondary source, we label it.
Verification & Confidence
- Verified Date
- The date when official source documentation was last reviewed.
- High Confidence
- Confirmed directly in the primary official source.
- Medium Confidence
- An official source exists, but it needs interpretation or a secondary source to fill gaps.
- Low Confidence
- No official source found, or sources conflict.
Update Frequency
We recheck every country each quarter and show a warning on anything not verified in over 180 days.
Change Alerts
When requirements change, we email you only about the countries you picked.
